Josie spent quite some time in 2023 trying to create the “perfect” cookie. The bakery fell into place when friends asked time and time again to bake for various gatherings and events.

Josie develops each recipe herself. Her goal is to take basic flavors, create new combinations, and develop innovative treats. Each cookie product undergoes careful ingredient sourcing and small batch testing. She loves the opportunity to be creative with flavor, decoration and packaging!

Josie strives to source quality ingredients and packaging products. Her goal is to obtain ingredients that undergo as little processing as possible. She does not use dyes or unnecessary additives in cookies/cookie products. She firmly believes that the correct inputs will create the best treat.
