Orders are confirmed upon receipt of payment. Josie Bakes LLC reserves the right to cancel the order with appropriate lead time. The client understands that the order may be canceled due to unforeseen circumstances. As much lead time as possible will be provided in such cases. 

Josie Bakes LLC is not responsible for any damage to your custom order after receipt.

All fulfillment details will be worked out between Josie Bakes LLC and the individual client.

Josie Bakes LLC reserves the right to use photos and videos of your order.

Full payment is required at the time of purchase. All sales are final. Refunds are not provided (unless agreed upon by Josie Bakes LLC and the client).

Client understands that the product may come into contact with allergens. The client is responsible for notifying anyone enjoying the client’s order of this risk. Josie Bakes LLC cannot be held responsible for any adverse reactions.
